A simple 3-ingredient natural drink that curbs cravings, boosts hydration, and supports digestion.
Ingredients
1 cup warm water
1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin powder
1/2 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
(Optional) 1/2 teaspoon raw honey
(Optional) 1 tablespoon lemon juice
(Optional) 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
1. Add gelatin powder to a small mug or bowl.
2. Pour a few tablespoons of warm water and stir until dissolved.
3. Mix in pink salt and any optional ingredients.
4. Drink warm immediately, or refrigerate until set for a jellied version.
Notes
Best enjoyed before bed to reduce cravings.
Adjust salt or sweetener to taste. Can be chilled into cubes for a portable snack.
