Ingredients
1/8 tsp pink Himalayan salt (fine ground)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)
1/8 tsp baking soda
8–12 oz filtered water (lukewarm or room temp)
Optional: a squeeze of lemon or 1–2 drops of stevia
Instructions
1. Add filtered water to a glass (avoid metal).
2. Stir in pink salt until dissolved.
3. Add the apple cider vinegar and stir gently.
4. Sprinkle in baking soda last — stir slowly to reduce fizz.
5. Let it settle for 15–30 seconds before drinking.
Notes
Drink on an empty stomach or 30 minutes before meals.
Start with smaller portions if you’re sensitive to ACV or baking soda.
