Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (10 oz) can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies, drained
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 ½ cups biscuit mix
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground sausage, softened cream cheese, and drained Rotel tomatoes. Mix until well combined.
  3. Add Cheddar and Spices: Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese, biscuit mix, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until evenly incorporated.
  4. Shape the Balls: Scoop out small portions of the mixture (about 1 inch in diameter) and roll them into balls. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
