- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (10 oz) can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies, drained
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 ½ cups biscuit mix
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground sausage, softened cream cheese, and drained Rotel tomatoes. Mix until well combined.
- Add Cheddar and Spices: Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese, biscuit mix, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until evenly incorporated.
- Shape the Balls: Scoop out small portions of the mixture (about 1 inch in diameter) and roll them into balls. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Cool and Serve: Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
