Move over PSL — this creamy pumpkin spice milk is ready to charm your taste buds with real pumpkin, warming spices, and a cloud of whipped topping.
Ingredients
1 cup milk of choice (dairy or non-dairy)
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1/4–1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Optional garnish: whipped cream & a pinch of pumpkin spice
Instructions
1. Add the milk, pumpkin puree, honey, and pumpkin pie spice into a blender and blend until smooth.
2. For a hot version, heat all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat until steaming.
3. Pour into a mug or glass.
4. Top with whipped cream and extra spice if desired.
5. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Use maple syrup for a vegan option.
Almond or oat milk works well.
Add vanilla, cocoa, or peanut butter for flavor variations.
Store leftovers in the fridge up to 3 days.
