Description
Rich and creamy Rudy’s style creamed corn made easily in the slow cooker.
Ingredients
Scale
32 ounces frozen corn
8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in the crockpot.
2. Cook on low for 4 hours.
3. Stir until creamy and serve warm.
Notes
This recipe doubles well. Keep on warm for up to two hours.
