Description

Ingredients
1 teaspoon dried senna leaves (or 1 senna tea bag)
1 cup hot water (not boiling)
Optional: honey or lemon to taste
Instructions
1. Place senna leaves or teabag into a mug.
2. Pour hot water over the leaves.
3. Cover and steep for 5–10 minutes.
4. Strain (if using loose leaf) and sip slowly.
5. Drink before bed for overnight relief.
Notes
Start with a shorter steep time (5 minutes) if you’re new to senna tea.
