Description

Slow Cooker Garlic Parmesan Potatoes that cook up soft, creamy, and full of garlic butter flavor. Perfect for pairing with almost any meal.


Ingredients

Scale

3 pounds small Yukon Gold or red potatoes

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon dried dill

1 half teaspoon salt

1 half teaspoon pepper

1 third cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

3 tablespoons butter melted

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 garlic cloves minced

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

1. Cut larger potatoes in half and place them in a greased 6 quart slow cooker.

2. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, dill, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.

3. Mix melted butter, oil, and garlic. Pour over potatoes.

4. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours or low for 5 to 6 hours.

5. Top with parsley and additional Parmesan before serving.

Notes

Add crushed red pepper flakes if you want a spicy version.

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
