Description
A rich and indulgent Snickers strawberry cheesecake with a buttery graham crust, creamy filling, and candy bar crunch.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
2 tbsp granulated sugar
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1/4 cup sour cream
1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
1/4 cup strawberry jam
3–4 full-size Snickers bars, chopped
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla (for whipped topping)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham crumbs, butter, and sugar. Press into pan and bake 8–10 minutes.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and sour cream. Pour over crust.
Bake for 25–30 minutes at 325°F. Turn oven off, leave cheesecake inside for 40 minutes with the door open.
Cool then chill cheesecake for 4 hours or overnight.
Mix strawberries and jam, spread over cheesecake.
Chop Snickers bars and scatter on top of strawberry layer.
Whip cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Spread on top.
Chill 1 more hour before serving.
Notes
Freeze Snickers bars before chopping for cleaner cuts.
Use digestive biscuits or gingersnaps for crust variation.
