Description

Indulge in these delightful no-bake Speculoos Balls, perfect for festive gatherings or gifting during the holiday season.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 250g speculoos cookies, crushed
  • 100g cream cheese, softened
  • 100g smoked beef (optional)
  • 200g dark chocolate, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: crushed nuts, shredded coconut, or chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed speculoos cookies and softened cream cheese. Mix well until a dough forms.
  2. Mix in the smoked beef, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Ensure everything is combined evenly.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls, about the size of a walnut, and place them onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. Refrigerate the balls for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Dip each ball into the melted dark chocolate using a fork. Allow excess chocolate to drip off.
  6. If desired, roll the chocolate-coated balls in crushed nuts, shredded coconut, or chocolate sprinkles before the coating sets.
  7. Return the coated balls to the fridge for an additional 15 minutes to harden completely.
  8. Enjoy your delightful Speculoos Balls during festive gatherings or package them as thoughtful gifts!

Notes

Store the Speculoos Balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. They also freeze well.
