Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed speculoos cookies and softened cream cheese. Mix well until a dough forms.
- Mix in the smoked beef, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Ensure everything is combined evenly.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about the size of a walnut, and place them onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
