Description

These easy spinach cheese stuffed crescent rolls are flaky, gooey, and packed with savory flavor – perfect for parties or quick snacks.


Ingredients

2 tubes of Pillsbury Crescents®

8 oz Neufchatel cheese (softened)

1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

2 cups chopped spinach

1 egg

1 tbsp water


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Mix Neufchatel, mozzarella, and spinach in a bowl.

3. Lay out crescent triangles on a flat surface.

4. Spoon 1 tbsp of filling on the wide end of each triangle.

5. Roll tightly and place seam-side down on baking sheet.

6. Whisk egg and water; brush over rolls.

7. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.

8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Air Fryer Option: Cook at 370°F for 9 minutes, flip and cook 3–4 minutes more.

Flavor Twist: Add cheddar cheese or a slice of ham inside each roll.
