Description
Smooth, creamy vanilla agar agar pudding made with milk and condensed milk, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
500 ml Milk
400 g Condensed Milk
15 g Agar Agar (China Grass)
¾ cup Water
1 tbsp Vanilla Essence
Instructions
1. Soak agar agar in water for 10 minutes.
2. Boil milk and condensed milk until slightly thickened.
3. Melt soaked agar agar completely on low heat.
4. Add melted agar agar to hot milk and whisk well.
5. Stir in vanilla essence and mix.
6. Pour into a greased mold, cool, and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
7. Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
Set properly before cutting for clean slices.
Top with caramel or fruit syrup for flavor.
