Description

Sweet and spiced vanilla pumpkin marshmallow coffee syrup made with real ingredients. Perfect for hot drinks, desserts, and breakfast favorites.


Ingredients

Scale

½ cup marshmallow creme

½ cup pure pumpkin puree

½ cup lightly packed brown sugar

¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons water

2 tablespoons heavy cream

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste

Pinch of fine sea salt


Instructions

1. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine marshmallow creme, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, water, heavy cream, and pumpkin pie spice.

2. Stir constantly until the mixture is smooth and sugar has dissolved (about 5 minutes).

3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and sea salt.

4. Let cool completely, then pour into a clean jar or bottle.

5. Store in refrigerator for up to 1 week. Shake before use.

Notes

Makes about 2 cups of syrup.
