Description

These white chocolate chip oatmeal cookies are soft, chewy, and packed with flavor—perfect for sharing, gifting, or treating yourself.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup butter

1 cup light brown sugar

1 cup white sugar

2 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

1 ½ cups rolled oats

2 cups white chocolate chips

1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease cookie sheets.

2. Cream together butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth. Stir in eggs and vanilla.

3. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; add to creamed mixture.

4. Stir in oats, white chocolate chips, and pecans. Drop by tablespoon onto sheets.

5. Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are golden. Cool on wire racks.

Notes

For thicker cookies, chill dough 30 minutes before baking.

Swap pecans with walnuts or omit for a nut-free version.
