Description
A simple unflavored gelatin recipe often used as a light, filling snack to support appetite control and weight loss.
Ingredients
1 packet (about 1 tablespoon) unflavored gelatin powder
1 cup hot water (not boiling)
1/2 cup cold water
1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
1 teaspoon honey or stevia (optional)
Instructions
1. In a bowl, dissolve the gelatin powder in hot water. Stir until fully dissolved.
2. Add the cold water, lemon juice, and honey (if using). Mix well.
3. Pour into a container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
4. Enjoy chilled as a light snack or before meals.
Notes
You can adjust sweetness or add fruit juice instead of lemon and honey for a different flavor.
