Description
Soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies with festive peppermint, white chocolate drizzle, and classic holiday charm.
Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line baking sheets with parchment.
2. Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined.
6. Fold in semi-sweet chips, white chocolate chips, and crushed peppermint.
7. Scoop tablespoon-sized dough balls onto baking sheets, spaced 2 inches apart.
8. Bake for 9–11 minutes or until edges are golden.
9. Cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire racks.
10. Optional: Drizzle cooled cookies with melted white chocolate and extra peppermint.
Notes
Chill dough for thicker cookies.
Use parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Customize with peppermint bark or chopped nuts.
