A light, natural drink with lemon, chia seeds, ginger, and apple cider vinegar that supports digestion, curbs cravings, and helps kickstart your morning metabolism.
Ingredients
1 cup cold water or unsweetened coconut water
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 tsp apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)
1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 tsp chia seeds (soaked 5–10 minutes)
Dash of cinnamon
1 drop stevia or monk fruit sweetener (optional)
Instructions
1. Stir chia seeds into cold water or coconut water. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until thickened.
2. Add lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, grated ginger, and a dash of cinnamon.
3. Sweeten with stevia or monk fruit if desired.
4. Shake or stir well and serve over ice.
5. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days. Shake before drinking.
Notes
Let chia seeds fully soak for best texture.
Use coconut water for added electrolytes.
You can add cayenne for a spicy metabolism kick.
