A natural, metabolism-boosting zepbound drink recipe using apple cider vinegar, lemon, ginger, and warm water. Perfect for daily wellness.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)
Juice of ½ fresh lemon
½ teaspoon grated ginger (or ¼ tsp ground)
8–10 oz warm water
Optional: a pinch of pink Himalayan salt, a dash of cayenne, or ½ tsp raw honey
Instructions
1. Warm the water until comfortable.
2. Add lemon juice directly to your mug.
3. Stir in grated ginger for a balanced kick.
4. Add apple cider vinegar last to preserve potency.
5. Optionally mix in honey, salt, or cayenne.
6. Stir well and sip slowly on an empty stomach.
Notes
Start small with ½ tbsp ACV if you’re new to it.
Use a straw or rinse your mouth afterward to protect enamel.
Best enjoyed warm, not hot.
