Ingredients
1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp honey or monk fruit (optional)
1 pinch Himalayan pink salt
8–12 oz sparkling or still water
Ice cubes
Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
Lemon or lime slices (for garnish)
(Optional) ¼ tsp chia seeds
Instructions
1. In a tall glass, mix lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, sweetener, and salt.
2. Add ice and pour in water.
3. Stir gently to combine.
4. Garnish with mint and citrus slices.
5. Let sit for 2–3 minutes before sipping.
Notes
Best served chilled. Adjust the vinegar or citrus level to taste.
